The Earth moves us, through space and time. In this, their seventh season at the Ford, Viver Brasil puts their Feet on the Ground/Aiyê, excavating the roots, rhythms and spirits of Brazilian culture. Guest musician José Ricardo Sousa provides the soundscape with vocalist Katia Moraes for the riveting choreography of Rosangela Silvestre with projected backdrops. LA Times says the company is "an intoxicating foray into the exotic...pyrotechnic physicality."
